Boomtown printer buys Konica Minolta C70HC

Wade Hughes – the boss of the 35 year old business – says, “With its very wide colour gamut the C70HC will enable us to set ourselves apart from the market.”

Newprint already has Konica Minolta printers, it entered the digital world eight years ago as one of the first offset printers to open a digital division. Hughes says, “Konica Minolta has been a great partner for us, so we are very confident in the new printer’s ability to take us where we want to go.”

Hughes says Gladstone is currently undergoing a $70bn investment in three gas plants, which is fuelling the boom, and providing plenty of print work. Newprint is in offset, digital and wide format.
