Bottcher targets faster response times with new Melbourne site

The consumables supplier said that the three-staff Victorian site will now be able to offer faster response times due to the increased warehousing capabilities of the new building.

Victorian sales and business development manager Mark George said the move was driven by steady growth in the business.

“Our new office is an accumulation of years of industry support, team work and a great company environment,” he said.

Managing director Mitchell Mulligan: “Our head office in Sydney has supported both Melbourne and Brisbane’s operations over many years and with our new office and warehouse in Melbourne we are in great shape to grow the business for many years to come.”

Bottcher is a 275-year-old company, which provides rollers, blankets and cleaning solvents to the printing industry.

Last month, the company released research that found that substituting cheaper rollers for high-quality ones would cost more in the long run.
