Canon Australia is extending the closing date for its Océ Arizona Awards to Friday October 27, adding an additional month to the previous deadline of September 29.

Canon says the Océ Arizona Awards recognises the skill and innovation of businesses using an Océ printer. Winners will receive an EOS M5 Single Kit camera valued at $1,949 and also gain exposure for their business with support from Canon.

Award categories include; technicality, by judging the degree of difficulty; effectiveness, Canon says often the piece of print becomes the lynchpin to an effective sales and marketing campaign; and creativity and innovation, that one print job with what Canon says is a wow factor. Canon is looking for print jobs that customers are more than happy to pay for.

Garry Muratore, product manager of Canon Display Graphics says, “Winning an Océ Arizona Award endorses your skill and innovation with a market leader in the digital graphics community. This is a chance to stand out from the crowd and give your customers a reason to pick up the phone to get to know more about your business.”

Winners will be announced Thursday November 9.
