Currie Group adds AVT to growing portfolio

The deal will also see Currie Group land over 40 of the Israeli company’s existing ANZ customers, with the colour control company hoping to expand its customer base in the growing label, narrow web and digital sectors in ANZ.

Mark Daws, HP Indigo labels and packaging sales manager, Currie Group says, “This is a newly formed partnership with AVT and enables us to provide more value to our growing customer base through a fully integrated labels and packaging solution. We are looking forward to working with AVT to bring these new solutions to the Australian and New Zealand graphics arts market.”

AVT received the Label Industry Global Award for Innovation for its SpectraLab in-line spectral management product. AVT’s print process and colour control products are used in the packaging, folding cartons, and commercial print markets, with the company installing more than 3000 of its MicroColor – Mercury colour management system and more than 900 of its ColorQuick – Clarios closed loop systems.
