Dashing wins BoQ contract

Sydney based print company Dashing Group has won the contract with the Bank of Queensland (BOQ) managing its branch based print and digital campaigns, merchandising and signage.

Dashing was awarded the business following a tender and extensive review by BOQ, which is one of Australia’s largest regional banks with 180 branches across the country.

The platform gives BOQ a centrally managed portal for print, electronic, direct and unaddressed mail, merchandising and signage, all accessible by individual branches across its network to help manage localised marketing initiatives.

Russell Kavnat, CEO, Dashing says, “We won the contract off another company. It is a customised marketing platform where all elements can be customised, from unaddressed mail through to brochures.

“Head office controls all the key assets and the franchisee can order content through the tool.  We flow the order through. This digital platform is an existing tool.”

Built by Dashing’s dedicated technology team, the company says its customised portal delivers significant cost and time efficiencies for BOQ’s campaign creation and marketing collateral by automating artwork processing, reducing the time it takes to get to market and ensuring consistency and compliance with brand guidelines.

In addition, Dashing integrated other key BOQ platforms including Salmat direct mail services into the portal to ensure a seamless operation.

Kavnat says, “We are delighted to be working closely with BOQ to launch a new platform that streamlines its localised marketing and campaign management. Our technology team have created a bespoke solution for the bank that enables local branches to produce marketing collateral that is brand consistent, quickly and efficiently.”

Toby Mckinnon, general manager of marketing at BOQ says, “After an extensive review process we were happy to work with Dashing Group. Dashing took a collaborative and strategic approach to business requirement, and were an excellent cultural fit for our organisation.”

Dashing works with clients include The Athlete's Foot, David Jones, Food Co, Seafolly and Rebel, which it says provides a unified print and digital service which encompasses large format print, online campaign management, creative and graphic design.
