Delphax demonstrates digital finishing

Delphax is also highlighting its range of nearline (ie on wheels) finishing solutions, including a new Ehret unwind unit rotary die cutter and vertical cutter, as well as a folding unit from MBO and a Palamides stacker.

The CR2000 weighs in at around $1.5m. The toner based printer produces resolution of 600x600dpi. It uses electron beam imaging, which the company says ensures even and durable fusing, enhanced dot uniformity, less edge distortion, and better image control.
