Chromaticity is a company that provides a wide array of training workshops and courses designed specifically to meet the needs of the colour industry, in order to get more trained personnel into the field within the shortest possible time. The company held a series of seminars at PrintEx03, which were well attended.
The three day advanced courses consist of a blend of presentations, discussions and hands-on activities. This allows the attendees to learn the key terminology and how to achieve the most from their colour systems, ensuring customers’ expectations are met every time.
Nate has an extensive background in graphic software applications, colour theory,
colour management, print production and is now specialising in the installation of colour management and digital proofing systems.
As a colour management consultant, Nate has tested numerous products for both creating and applying all important profiles. He also trains in a variety of industry disciplines including printers, separators, advertising agencies, design studios and photographers, teaching effective methods and new techniques for improving colour accuracy.
He has presented seminars on colour management for Apple Computers. In addition, Nate provides training at a Macintosh training facility in color management, Photoshop, retouching, Dreamweaver and Flash.
DES is once again sponsoring this series of exclusive and advanced colour management courses in Sydney commencing March 22, 2004. DES has organised these courses, in conjunction with
Chromaticity for the past two years and has made a big impact, especially with the discerning 3DAP committee members.
Attendee numbers are limited; previous courses have always been booked out. DES is taking bookings for the March 2004 series and urges those who missed out previously to act now.
