Durst is all set to introduce its latest P5 press at its Firework of Innovations virtual event later today

The local virtual event will follow Durst’s global Firework of Innovations virtual event that is taking place later today – December 3 at 4pm CET (2am AEST on December 4) where Durst will unveil the P5 350 HS press at its Durst Customer Experience Center in Brixen, Italy.

Ashman said the company is launching the new press after the successful introduction of the P5 350 and P5 210 technology.

“We have sold the P5 technology into Australia, through the pandemic, and it is proving to be very successful to have this new high-speed version with add-ons and innovations to offer outstanding production, versatility and real ROI for successful LFP providers,” he said.

The P5 350 HS is a new high productive printer model that, combined with the Durst Automat, is a new solution for a fully automated printing workflow by Durst Software, making production processes more efficient.

Additionally, thanks to a strategic key partnership, the press includes a superior workflow software for an easy management of mixed print environments.

Durst graphics segment global sales director Christian Harder said the new press aims to deliver on flexibility, speed and efficiency.

“Last year, at Fespa in Munich, we launched our P5 technology platform with the P5 350 and P5 210, where of we have installed, to date, around 100 units all over the globe,” he said.

“Now we are excited to soon present to you the next P5 family member. You will be simply amazed by the flexibility, speed and efficiency of this new printer.”

At the virtual event, Durst will also talk about its Durst Habitat System with UVC-R Technology, an air disinfection system that combines air exchange and UV rays in one system, reducing infectious air and therefore the viral load indoors.

Participants for the localised Firework Australian Catch Up event on December 9 can register here while those keen on the global launch can register for the virtual presentation here.
