Federal govt offers 66% rebates for print training

The Junior Printing Executives Association of New South Wales and the Printing Industries Association of Australia have received funding under the National Workforce Development Fund. Companies will receive a 33% to 66% subsidy, depending on their size.

"Quality training and development that was out of reach for many young executives with potential is now achievable under these programs, and that is an exciting opportunity," said the JPE.

"Owners and senior managers who support the professional development of their key staff, particularly the young, are rewarded many times over by better informed, better connected and more confident people."

The two courses being offered are a Certificate IV in Frontline Management and Certificate IV in Sales Management.

Registrations are due by 12 June.
