‘Fitzy’, as many call him, may be known to many for his sporting prowess with the Wallabies but is also regarded as one of the country’s leading sports journalists and authors, as well as one of our finest interviewers and most popular after dinner speakers, according to Printing Industries.
Joe Kowalewski, who is coordinating the PrintEx11 Forum Series on behalf of Printing Industries and the PrintEx11 Board, says securing FitzSimons is a coup for the exhibition and will greatly enhance the professionalism – and delegate enjoyment – at the three forums.
He says, “Peter FitzSimons is an outstanding facilitator and speaker, and we’re delighted to have secured him for this important role at PrintEx.
“As well as his regular columns for the Sydney Morning Herald and Sun Herald, Peter is a well-known television presenter on Fox Sports, is the author of 18 best-selling books including biographies on several great Australians, and has interviewed every Australian Prime Minister since Gough Whitlam and a host of national and international figures.”
Kowalewski continues, “In addition, he has facilitated for us before at PrintEx07, and did an exemplary job, demonstrating his fine moderating and interviewing skills and his keen appreciation for our industry.”
Topics for the Forum Series, which is expected to be a key attraction at PrintEx11, are expected to be announced over the coming weeks.
