Fujifilm Sericol appoints wide format manager

According to Fujifilm, Ferguson has 16 years experience in the industry, working with organisations such as Anitech and Spandex, and her knowledge gives her a strong base to provide both technical assistance and customer service.

“It is a broad title,” admits Ferguson, “but essentially I’m here to help customers with any piece of equipment, ink or consumables in the water-based and eco solvent sectors in the wide format market.”

She continues, “I believe Fujifilm Sericol can offer a complete solution to customers who are either in that market or are thinking of moving into it. And it’s a wide market, from traditional sign shops and screen printers to CAD-based companies that are moving into wide format colour equipment.”

Ferguson adds that the print industry is experiencing new technologies that bring improvements and accessibility to the wide format market with some wide format printers representing perfect examples of these advances by combining speed, quality and affordability.

She concludes, “I believe Fujifilm Sericol has abilities in the wide format market that are far ahead of anyone else. In taking on this new role, I want to establish long term relationships with customers. And I believe we can do that better than anyone else, as well.”
