GASAA offers printers savings through webinar series

The internet-only seminars are scheduled for the 22 and 28 November and will address the topics of “What can GASAA do for your firm?” and “Why certify with GASAA?”.

GASAA marketing coordinator Chloe Fisher said: “This is the time of year when it is a little harder to get people out for face-to-face information sessions.”

That is why GASAA’s flexible online webinar service works best”.

While the first webinar is a broader introduction to GASAA’s services, the second will focus on introducing members to its Truly Colour and Truly Green courses.

GASAA’s Truly Colour course is a new initiative, and follows on the success of its Truly Green program, which has been completed by a number of Australian printers including Sydney’s Digitalpress and Impress Printers.

“The savings that printers can make through the Truly Green course easily covers its costs, and colour management is so important these days that the printers can really get a lot out of the Truly Colour course,” added Fisher.

GASAA chief executive Garry Knespal )pictured) said the webinars were a great way of disseminating information into the design, graphics and print community.

“Everyone is welcome to join in, and we will repeat the core webinars throughout the year,” he said.
