GJS to distribute new OKI printers

Digital printer supplier GJS has inked a partnership deal with OKI to distribute its new suite of LED printers to the Australian market.

OKI’s range of six LED printers includes the entry level OKI B401dn A4 mono LED printer, up to the OKI Pro9541dn A3 white and clear toner printer.

The machines are suitable for the textile heat transfer industry, and are equipped with OKI’s latest ink solutions; white, gloss and neon base toners.

OKI says the new collection of printers can be utilised in a dry production set up, and eliminates large financial investment in production equipment for printers wanting to invest in the heat transfer market.

"Whilst some of our customers may already have a laser or LED printer as part of their business, we wanted to make sure that those that were looking to invest were able to select from a reputable and reliable brand in the industry," says Greg Stong, managing director for GJS.

“The launch of the OKI Pro Series Printers late last year heralded a new direction from OKI to strategically address the Graphics Arts (GA) channel with a range of printing solutions offering white, gloss and neon colour based toners,” says Greg Mikaelian, Oceanic region manager for OKI.

“With an emphasis on close partnerships and vertical solutions marketing, OKI Data Australia welcomes GJS as a formal partner to address this market,” adds Greg.

GJS is headquartered in Revesby, NSW and serves customers throughout Australia and New Zealand.  The six OKI machines are available now through GJS.
