Tim Mercy, Asia pacific sales director of Goss commercial web was on the stand in upbeat mood, not surprising considering last time he was here he saw the commissioning of the country’s biggest web, the 80pp monster at AIW.

Goss ahs just installed a 96pp press at an Italian printer, and says there is no limit to its web widths, as the gapless blanket technology eliminates the disturbance.

Mercy though was targeting high volume sheetfed printers this time around, those that would be looking to buy multi-unit perfectors, aiming to point them instead in the direction of the new Goss M600 Folio, a blanket to blanket web press with inline.
