
Its stand will include the debut of the Ecochill dryer enhancement that aims to improve web press speeds by eliminating condensation on the chill rollers to prevent print defects.
It does not require additional power and also eliminates the need for a smoke tunnel.
Also on the stand is the Akiyama Mega Jprint B1 sheetfed perfecting press, which can print both sides of a sheet without needing to turn it or have gripper marks on the tail edge. It also features automated plate-changing that can execute a complete change in less than three minutes.
Other highlights include an improved Yawa Pro-F106 die-cutter that can also foil-stamp and strip, the Purlux1200 saddlestitcher with faster makeready, and a faster Feida automated guillotine system.
