Graphic Art Mart has opened two new sites in Australia in an attempt to strengthen its service capabilities in the country.
The company’s two new sites are located in Newcastle, New South Wales and Willawong, Queensland.
According to Graphic Art Mart, these two new sites will “significantly enhance” its ability to service customers from central and northern New South Wales through to southern Queensland.
The distributor said its new sites will be fully stocked with industry brands and products from Avery Dennison, Arlon, Mactac, Aslan, KPMF, Chemica, Sihl and 3M, among others.
It added that the move complements the extensive range of equipment solutions on offer, including printers and cutters from Roland DG and Mimaki, laminating solutions from CWT and Forte, as well as trimming and finishing solutions from Keencut.
The move closely follows its exclusive distributorship deal with Mactac.
Graphic Art Mart general manager Mousa Elsarky said the company recognises the challenges faced by customers and aims to provide them with better access.
“We are eager to have the opportunity to better service our customers in regional New South Wales and southern Queensland. We recognise the challenge our customers face when they need to access their favourite products quickly but are far from a branch,” Elsarky said.
“These new sites will offer faster and more convenient access to products for our customers. We hope to offer these customers the best of products with the highest level of service – something we believe every customer deserves.”
Graphic Art Mart also has existing operations in North Rocks and Peakhurst in New South Wales; Virginia, Queensland; Mount Waverley and Sunshine West in Victoria; Edwardstown, South Australia and Belmont, Western Australia.
