Wim Herben, executive director, Herben Numbering Systems says, “We have solutions for security numbering and coding for cheques and numbering for passports and security checking coding, and a whole range of unusual things that the printer would not usually see, we are trying to make it attractive for the people that come to PacPrint, not only to look at the machinery they want to buy, but to get an understanding of we have used in the industry for many years.”
The GW 8000P prints up to 8000 speeds per hour at 100 numbering positions per sheet, and has a 100 hob memory to store numbering jobs. It has up to 4 numbering heads.
Herben says, “This is the most up to date version of Graphic Wizard, which is a Canadian manufacturer and it was originally designed in Australia. Businesses that would be interested in purchasing one of these machines are usually general printers, instant printers, digital printers. It will run from very light stock to heavy and at high speeds, you can apply numbers on it, you can perforate, you can slip it you can score it, you can put a magnitude of numbers in a variety of areas which are not commonly possible.”
