HP to launch new DesignJet series

HP Australia is set to launch its new DesignJet Z-series of printers marketed towards the high-impact graphics industry.

The printer manufacturer will debut the series on Thursday, July 14 at a brand launch event at Sydney’s Park Hyatt at The Rocks.

The event will include live presentations, product demonstrations and hands-on sessions hosted by a number of HP executives.

DesignJet high-impact graphics printers can be used to produce a gamut of products including POP signs, banners, GIS, posters, photos, canvases or backlits.

HP’s new series includes the HP DesignJet Z2600 PostScript printer which can be used to print with speeds up to 469 ft per hour, and the HP DesignJet Z5600 PostScript, with boasts speeds up to 650 ft per hour.

The DesignJet family of printers also includes a range of production, office and professional photo printers.
