The company used drupa as an opportunity to introduce the trade to several new developments, including the CS4-2, a longitudinal and cross cutter for pinless production in digital printing lines. The new module processes light and heavyweight papers within the 40-250gsm range. Sheets can be ejected via an integrated switch at the full150 metres per minute processing speed.

Hunkeler also launched the new LS4 large stack delivery station, which enables the delivery and offset stacking of sheets up to 68.5cm in length. At drupa a device was demonstrated for programmable, dynamic longitudinal and cross perforation.

Also new is the UM 520-W universal module for die-cutting, perforating and longitudinal and cross cutting with gutter cut.
