Hurst, a leading independent Australian Chemical company specialising in the development, manufacture and distribution of high quality Chemistry for the printing industry, has appointed Johan Laubscher join its team as national sales development manager.
Hurst says Johan is a welcome appointment to the company, which continues to show its intentions with the new dynamic, youthful and technically advanced attitude.
The move also sees the recent new signing, Kel Drewett moving into the national business management role.
Kel says, “Expansion is vital to our business especially with the new range of super high technology press chemistry from undisputed European market leader Druck Chemie, being launched into the Australian market very shortly.
“A new fully VOC free Chemistry range and CTP dedicated products will be showcased at the pending PacPrint exhibition, and we need to be able to effectively manage the education of the trade in these new developments”
Laubscher’s strengths lie in technical and market driven solutions as is reflected in his successes over a number of years in the NSW printing trade as both a lithographic printer and technical sales representative.
With this appointment and the reallocation of resources, Hurst Australia is looking to further strengthen the support to current Australian dealers and customers as well as International Export.
