Ideal Solutions eyes SME print market with Accura MIS

Accura’s international sales director, Alan Potter, travelled from the UK, where the system has more than 600 users, to support its Australian partners and demonstrate the new Accura Online web-to-print component.

“The beauty of Accura is that it is pretty easy to set up and easy to train on so we don’t need a large company to support us,” he said.

“The feedback from Australian customers has been great, which has been helped by a growing the local support team. Accura is a meaningful solution to printers of all size we work with a lot of quick printers all the way up to large digital users.”

One of Accura’s biggest users in Australia is 90-staff Sumo Visual Group based in Melbourne.

Sumo chief financial officer Peter Cargin said the company is completely overhauling its MIS with all the latest Accura modules.

“Accura’s offering is very comprehensive and adaptable to different types of business, whether it be offset or digital,” he said.

“We are also looking at Accura Online, which has a direct interface for customers that will be useful in strengthening our client relationships.”
