Ipex 2006 adds 6000sqm to broaden reach

With more than 250 exhibitors already committed to the international event, which will run from April 4-11 2006, more than 70 per cent of the available space has now been sold. Hall 20 will host prepress, digital and other hi-tech businesses, which will be a major focus for Ipex 2006.

Louisa Theobald, sales director, IIR Exhibitions says, ‘We are encouraged by the demand for space at Ipex 2006 so far. This highlights the renewed optimism in the print industry and a desire to showcase products that are best in class. Hall 20 will provide visitors with an exciting mix of product development and market intelligence through the cutting-edge technology on show. Bespoke zones focusing on areas such as MIS, large format and paper will highlight how business innovations are affecting all areas of the print industry.’

The addition of Hall 20 is designed to maximise the visitor experience by allowing a seamless flow of traffic from other areas of the show. As well as having its own entrance, the hall can also be accessed directly from Hall 6, which is also dedicated to prepress. Further details of the features within Hall 20 will be released over the coming months.
