Italian flexo press maker appoints Aldus for ANZ market

The Bielloni range of central impression flexo presses covers the range from a basic six colour SABA model offered in widths of 800mm, 1000mm, 1200mm and 1400mm with a maximum speed of 250mpm up to the 8/10 colour models Theorema and Tonema gearless with a maximum web width of 1450mm and a maximum speed of 600mpm, according to Aldus.

The high speed Theorema and Tonema gearless presses feature a maximum repeat of 1000mm and 1100mm respectively and include sleeved anilox and plate rolls, preregister setting, job memory storage and wireless remote control of many operator functions. Optional automatic print deck wash up is also available on most models.

Aldus reports that one of the new generation eight colour CI presses is already destined for Australia for an unnamed prominent flexo printer. The distributor continues that Bielloni also specialise in the manufacture of special purpose machine with downstream flexo or gravure units offering maximum versatility and productivity.

To compliment their flexo press range Bielloni also produce a comprehensive range of converting equipment and are well known for their ‘Julia’ range of solvent, solventless and combination laminators, plus a range of duplex, centre surface and turret slitter rewinders offering web widths from 1000mm up to 4000mm with speeds to 600mpm.

Aldus outlines that Bielloni is one of the oldest established companies within the flexo industry and has been a leader in flexo technology with a vast worldwide installed base of presses and associated converting equipment including Australia.
