IVE Group has announced a two-year supplier agreement with Sydney Swans, which will see IVE support the football club’s printing needs, local area marketing, and content creation.
The Sydney Swans and IVE Group worked together last season to help grow AFLW, with IVE assisting with signage and fan engagement activities.
This season IVE’s creative team will lend its support to growing the AFLW audience through a content series aimed at helping fans get to know Sydney’s female athletes.
Sydney Swans CEO, Tom Harley, said it’s great to have IVE Group’s support.
“We really value the relationship with IVE Group who have already helped us immensely through their support of our marketing team’s activities,” Harley said.
“The team at IVE has been especially passionate about working with us to help grow our AFLW fan base, and the content series we are developing this season was born from their desire to help us grow the game.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Matt and the team at IVE to our Sydney Swans family.”
Matt Aitken, managing director at IVE Group, said he’s looking forward to working with the club.
“We’re really proud to be teaming up with the Sydney Swans as an official supplier for the next two years. As an Australian company with a long history of helping brands connect with their audiences, partnering with a club as iconic as the Swans feels like the perfect fit.
“We’re excited to support the team, engage the fans and be part of the upcoming seasons — both on and off the field.”
Earlier this month, IVE Group released its financial performance for the six months to 31 December 2024, with Aitken describing the financials as “a very solid result”.
IVE Group grew revenue to $507.8 million for the six months to 31 December with gross profit margin increasing to 48.5 per cent.
The company also announced plans to replicate its Braeside supersite with a new 42,000sqm building at Kemps Creek in Western Sydney, and as well as relocate its third-party logistics (3PL) business to a 32,000sqm facility in Dandenong South, Victoria.
