Equipped in order to comply with requirements as a complete system with packaging and transfer unit, the PKR 5001 is a high performance workhorse with clock cycles of up to 250 divider sheets per minute. Quality and tight packaging are achieved by means of a foldwrapping envelope style.

From the touch screen, it is possible to control all sizes and printing parameters in clear text without programming experience.

Having a small footprint for a machine of its type, the PKR 5001 will be especially appreciated in areas where space is limited.

with the PKR 5001.

For the inner technical workings of the PKR, Kopp engineers have integrated a healthy balance between mechanical processes and pneumatic movements. All driving elements for the punching tools, cross-cutters, tab punchers are moved pneumatically, therefore ensuring the quiet running of the machine and low maintenance.

At 800mm, the film roll diameter of the PKR 5001 is extremely generous, and can hold rolls of up to 3,600 m – meaning that rolls do not have to be changed as frequently. The modular system of the PKR 5001 enables clear and service-friendly access from all sides.

high-quality foldwrapping envelope style, divider sets are effectively presented thanks to the close-fitting and transparent film packaging.
