In this area, visitors will find AB Graphic’s latest range of label converting lines, including the Ti150 Label Converter.
Developed to permit conventional label converters to respond to the demand for RFID and smart labels with minimum investment costs, the Ti150 takes rolls of finished printed die cut labels and integrates RFID and EAS tags in a single pass.
The company will also feature its Omega SR410 label inspection rewinder with die cutting. This machine offers electronic web guidance with ultrasonic sensor suitable for opaque and clear substrates. A control panel with integrated functions permits easy operation and job set-up.
Also featuring will be an Omega converting line complete with die cutting station and Vectra STR, servo driven, turret rewinder. Complimenting the exhibits will be the latest version of the company’s Whirlwind machine for stringing and knotting tags using either string or elastic.
AB Graphic International will also feature products on the AVT and HP stands at IPEX. At the AVT stand an Omega SR330 label inspector rewinder complete with AVT camera inspection system will be on display, while at the HP stand visitors will find an Omega Digicon HS converting line with Omega Sabre eXtreme laser die cutter.
A Digital Laser Workflow (DLW) from AB Graphic International will also be exhibited at the HP stand. The streamlined DLW with digital print engine permits non-stop digital label production from downloaded job file through to printing, varnishing, laser die cutting, stripping, slitting and rewinding. A new, offline flexo coater for priming label substrates prior to digital printing will also be featured.
The official AB Graphic stand is G68 in the Ipex Flexible Packaging area located in Hall 1.
Ipex is being held in Birmingham at the NEC from April 4 – 11.
