The ColourSeal system is a new system that enables end users to create and produce full colour, in-house direct mail pieces. The system prints, folds and seals documents and provides a medium to successfully communicate a broad spectrum of mail applications including direct mail pieces, invoices, reminder notices as well as any kind of sales/loyalty programmes or promotions.
According to Oki, key benefits of the ColourSeal system include eliminating the need for envelopes and franking, eliminating the need for folding and insertion devices, plus the added security of what is being mailed.
Jeremy de Silva, Oki sales and marketing director, says “Oki is consistently and tirelessly looking for innovative solutions for our customers. The ColourSeal system is an affordable solution for medium to large organisations to bring their direct marketing in-house which in turn will allow them to become more proactive and timely with their marketing campaigns.
“Due to the flexibilty of the solution, the applications and benefits of the system are limited only by imagination. The ColourSeal system works exclusively with Oki owing to the inherent quality of Oki digital colour printers and it is not compatible with other colour laser printers.
“It can also be used by professional print shops who can generate small runs of mailers economically. This gives Oki a distinct advantage in the market place and the ability to provide yet another exceptional solution for our customers”.
