With SmartCampaigns, users can create and deliver multi-touch, multi-layered marketing campaigns that intelligently and automatically reach out to their leads, prospects and customers. The company says its new module allows users to create campaigns that deliver multiple emails, print or SMS over time and are able to add additional recipients to campaigns at any stage.
Online Print Solutions also outlines that SmartCampaigns enables users to create a variety of artwork/content/ images/promotions and serve them all up to a pre-set sample group. The company will then monitor in real-time which of these variations is having the most success and then supply the most successful variation to the remaining bulk of the recipients.
The process is called multi-variant but the results have never been able to be applied in real-time until now, according to Online Print Solutions.
The company adds, “SmartCampaigns applies the knowledge that may have taken five or six campaigns to build up in to one single campaign effort. The effect grows exponentially once you go beyond single-touch in to multi-touch as each touch is an opportunity for OPS SmartCampaigns to keep refining.”
