Optimus Cloud was launched at drupa and is the highlight of the PacPrint stand. Essentially it allows a sales rep to connect into the Optimus MIS Dash over the internet wherever he or she is.

Bissett says, “This means if the rep is with a customer he can give instant quotes by using their tablet or smartphone to connect into the Dash. This means instant customer service and instant buying decisions. There is no ‘we’ll get back to you with a quote in a couple of days’, it is there and then, meaning it is much easier to win the deal.”

Optimus Cloud also allows online ordering and online stock ordering. Bissett says, “Optimus Cloud is a powerful sales tool that takes the print office to the customer.”
