PacPrint receives recognition at 2022 EEAA Awards

Visual Connections Australia, organiser of PacPrint, was a finalist at the recent 2022 Exhibition & Event Association of Australasia (EEAA) Awards, with PacPrint named as the runner-up in the Exhibitions – under 10,000m2 category.

The awards gala dinner, which took place in Sydney, was held as part of the EEAA Conference that happened earlier that same day.

EEAA president Nicole Walker said the objective of the event was to empower members with market intelligence to help them plan for what’s ahead.

Visual Connections Australia CEO Peter Harper was thrilled with the recognition, saying all praises go to his small team that pulled an enormous result.

“Congratulations to our events team & thanks to the EEAA, who continue to provide amazing support to events and organisers across Australia,” he said.

“All accolades should go to our small team who pulled and enormous result, and in particular Sarah Moore who was instrumental in the success of PacPrint.

“Also thank you to a great PacPrint board including Sue Threlfo, Tom Eckersley, Jeremy Brew, Peter Wagner, Kirsten Taylor and Peter Clarke (RIP).”

Visual Connections said the success of this year’s PacPrint tradeshow in Melbourne generated high interest in these future shows.

PacPrint will return to the Sydney Showground, Sydney Olympic Park from May 20 to 23 in 2025. This show was initially planned with the PrintEx branding but has now been rebadged under the more well-established PacPrint brand.

The next upcoming show by Visual Connections will be Visual Impact Sydney, taking place from May 3 to 5 next year at the Sydney Showground, Sydney Olympic Park.
