Apology to Amir Hyster
In articles published in March and April 2010, ProPrint wrongly suggested that Mr Amir Hyster, a director of Paragon Printing, was under police investigation and had stripped assets from Paragon Printing prior to its entry into voluntary administration on 5 March 2010. Some of the articles also suggested that Mr Hyster acted improperly in relation to transactions involving the assets of Paragon and that he was facing further allegations in relation to his conduct as a director of that company. ProPrint accepts that those claims were wrong, withdraws the allegations and apologises for the hurt, harm and embarrassment suffered by Mr Hyster.
