Australian owned family business Pozitive Sign and Graphics Supplies, which has been operating for 30 years in the sign, display, sportswear and apparel manufacturing, print and graphics industry, is looking for new staff to fill three different roles at its head office in western Sydney.

Field Service Technician
This field role will include travel (throughout NSW, Australia and the Pacific as the needs arise, and often on short notice). Candidates will be responsible for everything service related from phone and remote support to onsite preventative maintenance, breakdowns and technical training.

Internal Sales & Customer Service
This Client & Sales Administration (Administration & Office Support) role involves answering incoming sales call enquiries from customers, providing administrative support to sales team, entering sales orders into MYOB (not essential as training provided), processing EFTPOS / credit card payment and liaising with customers on order status, delivery time frames, delays and backorders.

Warehouse Assistant
This Warehousing, Storage & Distribution (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics) role involves full warehouse functions including picking, packing, receiving & dispatching goods and stock counting to company standards, operating order picker and counter balance forklift safely and effectively, organising stock in appropriate storage locations, assisting with co-ordinating logistical requirements, freight transport and couriers to ensure delivery time frames are met, sustaining repetitive movements and safe lifting, warehouse keeping, adherence to company OH&S requirements, communicating with sales team and customers, and computer system for warehouse functions, training provided.

Pozitive Sign and Graphics Supplies supply a wide range of printing equipment, cutting machinery along with software and technical services.
