A Victoria-based printer that prints images onto metal, Print 2 Metal, has won photography industry vendor of the year at the 2022 the annual Find A Photographer Australia Photography Business Awards.

This is the third consecutive time that the company has received the winning title.

Print 2 Metal says it was the first business in Australia to make available photographic quality printing of photos, artwork and graphics onto metal. Since 2010, its team has been producing quality fine art printing on metal, with a genuine commitment to personalised customer care.

Print 2 Metal specialises in helping photographers and artists showcase their work in a different format.

The company recently upgraded to an Epson SureColor F7200 large format printer and with the further investment in a SEFA Heat Press, is now able to offer metal prints on the ChromaLuxe metal sheets at the maximum 2400mmx1200mm size.

The company’s co-owner Marie Cosgrave said the annual Find A Photographer Australia Photography Business Awards is judged on the number of client reviews received over a 12 month period and winning the award shows the calibre of its work.

“It is extra special to have won this from among the many businesses associated with photography.

To have received so many amazing reviews from our clients about the exceptional service and product quality we deliver has been most humbling,” she said.

“As a printing business, it is confirmation that we offer a valued product, that is the choice of photographers and artists of all levels including those who just love to print as a high-end product. Print is alive and well.”
