Simon Lane, Fuji Xerox Australia’s executive general manager and chief marketing officer says, “We are absolutely delighted with the feedback and engagement with our customers this year at PacPrint, it’s great to see that the support for the print industry now and well into the future is so strong.
Simon Crabtree, owner of Minuteman Press Glen Waverley says they have a long history with Fuji Xerox Color presses. “This is actually the second investment in the Color 800 press as we’ve seen tremendous print quality and turnaround times using this device already.
“Our second installation will allow us to grow our business more aggressively and service even higher volumes. Our customers require consistent quality for large print jobs while there is no sacrifice on quality. With the Color 800 we know we’ll see reliable and consistent results whether it’s print one or print 50,000.
There has also been the first on-show signing of a Color 1000 by Spot Productions. Simon Carmody, owner of Spot Productions says “We have chosen to complement our digital offerings by adding a Color 1000 to our two Color 700s.
“The new flat finish toner and increased output speed made the choice easier. Printing duplex on board weight will see major time savings along with efficiency across our whole digital department! We have been very happy with Fuji Xerox Australia’s quality and service for many years and look forward to working closely in the future,” says Carmody.
The Digital Centre, in Artarmon is the first printer in Australia to test the new iGen150. Jim Mackessy, managing director of The Digital Centre says, “The benefits of the new iGen 150 are faster turnaround on jobs, outstanding and consistent quality that is amongst the best of the best ideal for all short to long run print jobs. The installation of the iGen 150 Press has been a smooth transition from start to finish thanks to Fuji Xerox Australia’s supportive staff.”
