Printers, inks and media in balance at Fujifilm Sericol

Mark Brown, general manager of Fuji Sericol Australia says, “Fujifilm Sericol is trying to show that it is more than just CTP, we are linking tother all of our systems.”

Fujifilm continues that the Mutoh ValueJet 1604W1 printer has been specifically developed as an entry level digital dye sublimation water-based inkjet printer. Incorporating Interweaving technology, the ValueJet 1604W1 offers print quality up to 1440 x 1440 dpi and print speeds of up to 15sqm per hour, according to the company.

Meanwhile, Brown says the company’s new Euromedia, which was launched at PacPrint, generated a lot of interest at the show.

He says, “These are the best products for the local market, we got a lot of interests especially in the smaller formats. Our ink and media is perfectly matched.”

The company says Euromedia encompasses hardware, RIP/software, media, ink and display solutions. The media includes mesh, vinyls, papers and plastics.
