PrintTMail to become Candida

The change of moniker comes eighteen months after the 10-year-old business was bought by Candida, and five months after it moved into a new 3,400sqm production and warehousing facility in Dandenong South, more than tripling its space.

Trevor Franklin, founder and former owner of PrintTMail and now Victorian State Manager for Candida says, “These are exciting times for the business. We are achieving significant growth, thanks to serious attention to customer service, and now we are part of Candida we are receiving strong resourcing to take the company forward and provide an even better service to the market.”

The new facility has enabled the company to bring together all its production and warehousing under one roof, with all 31 staff now working in the one location.

Customers are drawn from printers, mailing houses and agencies. Franklin says, “Our speed to market, quality work, and benchmark guarantees are all contributing to printers and mailing houses using us in increasing numbers.”

The company is one of a number of businesses currently benefitting from the collapse of Australian Envelopes, which had 3,200 customers last year.
