Productivity seminars at Visual Impact

Printers can get tips on how to improve their productivity and profitability at a series of seminars at Visual Impact in Melbourne next week.

Event organisers say hundreds of industry professionals have registered for the wide format trade show and the inaugural Exhibitions Expo workshops.

Allan Pease, renowned behavioural expert and author, will kick off the seminar program on September 17 with a session on how to Activate Your Audience’s Sixth Sense – Engagement and Keys to Success.

Lee Ussher, co-founder of Buzz Web Media and digital marketing strategy consultant, will follow Pease’s session with How to Build a Successful Social Media Campaign.

Sessions on the Friday include Change is Consistent – How About You? on how to make ‘change a cornerstone’ of business’ success by Dr Toby Ford, and Warwick Merry on successful sponsorship management.

In the afternoon, a panel of guests – including John Hadfield, Jim Delahunty, Helen Mantellato, Michael Stubbs and Leighton Weed – will provide tips in a session called ‘Bump In, Onsite Implementation and Bump Out: Tips from the Experts’.

“This will be followed by a practical session on developing your team from Bob McCarthy, head of Leadership Management Australia, a performance improvement company specialising in personal leadership and organizational leadership development,” a spokeswoman says.

“On the final day, the program will be rounded off with another session from Bob McCarthy, this time on Improving your Personal Productivity.

“This will be followed by the final session with an in-depth look at Trends in Production, Markets and the Future from John Hadfield from Control Zone.”

Visual Impact and Exhibitions Expo will run from 10am to 5pm on September 17 and 18, and from 10am until 4pm on September 19 at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre.

The show is free for industry professionals to attend, but bookings are essential. The Visual Connections website has all the details.
