Last week we asked, ‘How likely was it that ACP would have built its proposed printing plant?’
The results were:
70%: Unlikely. It’s more likely they just wanted their existing print suppliers to drop prices.
16%: Possible. If they couldn’t get the prices they wanted from their print suppliers, it would have gone ahead.
14%: Very likely. ACP had poured lots of money and effort into planning.
