PVCA AGM set for July 16

The Print & Visual Communication Association has advised it is holding its AGM on Friday July 16 in Sydney, the same day as the NSW PICA Awards.

The annual general meeting will be held at the offices of Hall Chadwick, Level 40, 2 Park Street, Sydney on Friday July 16 at midday.

All members are encouraged to attend either in person or via Zoom.

PVCA President, Walter Kuhn, said it is important for all members to take an interest in their association – through personal attendance at the AGM if possible.

“We encourage all members to take an interest in their association through personal attendance at meetings. Members who cannot attend in person are invited to exercise their vote by proxy. They will also have the opportunity to participate via our secure Zoom link,” Kuhn said.

Kuhn said details about how to download proxy forms and the 2020 Annual Report have
now been provided in an email to members.

The PVCA advises member credentials will be verified prior to admittance to the meeting.

The PVCA says members who haven’t received their advice are asked to check their email inboxes, including spam and junk emails, before contacting the PVCA on info@pvca.org.au for assistance.

The meeting comes as the hunt for a new CEO continues at the PVCA after current CEO Andrew Macaulay announced in March he would not be renewing his contract which expired in May.
