Resolution upgrades with Truepress

Success from its previous Truepress installation only a year ago has prompted Resolution Imaging to ramp up its productivity by installing an upgraded Jet W3200UV-HS flatbed UV.

Following rising sales after purchase of the Screen Truepress W1632UV, the Melbourne printer has installed a 'newer, faster and better' upgrade, making it only the third in Australia. Resolution says its machine is number 52 worldwide.

According to Resolution, the W2300 has been a huge hit, and presents a step up in productivity and quality.

Resolution Imaging director Darren Watkins says the company needed the new machine due to growth in consumer demand.

“We needed more productivity plus white ink as we grew and attracted more customers,” says Watkins.

Screen Graphic and Precision Solutions sold the machine to Resolution, and say the market for this equipment is positive.

Screen managing director Peter Scott says, “We are delighted that Resolution has upgraded to the latest high-speed Truepress jet, and even more so that it is helping Darren’s business grow.”

“The ANZ market has responded positively, with Flash adding the 3.2 metre roll option, Resolution considering this, and a further three orders received.”
