Strong turnout to VIIE by the beach

Peter Harper, general manager Visual Industries Suppliers Association and organiser for the event told Australian Printer exhibitor feedback was positive for the first day of the show with exhibitors reporting a number of early sales and a high influx of decision-makers to their stands.

He says, “The last time we exhibited on the Gold Coast, the show was an outstanding success for all attending and exhibiting and we believe this year will be no different. We have many new exhibitors and there are many new products being released at this year’s show.”

Printers made up a strong proportion of visitors with Harper saying the increase was due to printshops increasingly moving toward wide format solutions in order to boost their business.

Encouraging industry representatives to attend for the final day of the show, which wraps up this afternoon, Harper says the show can offer a number of beneficial solutions for businesses.

He says, “A lot of people are looking for new ways to make money and one of the best ways to do that is to diversify. This show offers a lot of diversification opportunities as well as brand new technology.”
