Sydney print shops up for sale by administrator

The Administrators are offering the business and assets of printers – which are both trading names of Lochlile Corp – for sale, including a prepress department, eight printing presses, two cylinders, four platens and requisite bindery equipment (including Stahle folders and a Horizon collator, folder, stitcher, trimmer).

According to McGrathNicol, the business generated revenues for the year ended July 31, 2009 of $7m, with actual revenues for the 6 months to January 31, 2010 of $2.6m.

The Administrator says it is prepared to consider offers for a sale of all or part of the business and assets, and have no restrictions on the sale structure at this time however bids seeking to retain experienced employees will be favourably considered.

The administrators continue that indicative offers are sought by 12.00pm today.
