Paul Nieuwhof, WA general manager for Printing Industries says the commitment of the speakers willing to share their drupa experiences was very well received by the WA industry.

Nieuwhof says, “The outstanding point that has emerged from all of this is that our industry is continuing to innovate creating more opportunities for printers to print more efficiently and make more creative use of print.”

He adds, “These presentations have highlighted the technologies and infrastructure necessary to accomplish this to make the Western Australian industry more competitive against both offshore and mainland colleagues.”

The Sydney session will be held tomorrow at the Mercure Hotel, 106 Hassell St, Rosehill beginning at 7.30am with a plated breakfast.

Speakers include Stuart Shirvington, general manager operations at Geon; Simon Dodd, group manager of Snap Printing and Andy McCourt, principal of McCourt Consulting.
