VMA releases 2025 Industry Metrics Roadshow dates

The Visual Media Association (VMA) has released the dates for its 2025 Annual Industry Metrics Roadshow, supported by Ricoh, with the events to take place across five capital cities in February.

Participants will gain exclusive access to findings from the Annual Industry Metrics Report, which includes data across salary benchmarks, operational trends, customer demographics, and key financial metrics.

The events will also address pressing issues such as skills shortages, innovative practices, and the transformative impact of emerging technologies on the sector.

VMA CEO, Kellie Northwood will deliver the metrics as well as a session across selling print in 2025. The Selling Print in 2025 session will explore consumer research across how Australians interact with print in a modern era.

The VMA recently released a ‘sneak peek’ of the findings, which was hosted via a webinar briefing by Northwood.

“Earlier this year, our snapshot webinar provided a preview of the survey’s findings, sparking interest and robust discussions across the industry. The roadshow is the next step – bringing that information to life, empowering businesses to navigate challenges, and harnessing sales opportunities with real-time data,” Northwood said.

“Together, we represent the largest sovereign manufacturing employer in Australia. The insights shared through these metrics play a vital role in amplifying our collective voice and ensuring the  future strength of our industry, while understanding the consumer research overlaid with the  industry metrics assists members in building their sales strategies for 2025.”

The roadshows will take place at Ricoh showrooms across Australia, with details as follows:

  • Melbourne – 18 February, 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM
  • Adelaide 19 February, 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM
  • Perth – 20 February, 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM
  • Sydney 25 February, 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM
  • Brisbane – 26 February, 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM

“We are honoured to collaborate with the Visual Media Association in its mission to uphold industry best practices through the annual metrics survey,” said Mark Moro, national sales manager, Ricoh Australia.

“Accurate and insightful data is crucial for businesses to seize opportunities and plan effectively for the future. We are eager to work alongside the Visual Media Association to help the industry unlock value and achieve their individual business  goals successfully.”

All participants at the Ricoh hosted events will receive a comprehensive copy of the 2025 Industry Metrics Report.
