Industry initiative Future Print is offering a new series of free webinars titled Business Transformation Program to help printers workshop and refresh processes as the new financial year begins.

The series is slated to assist businesses in becoming ‘future ready’, and according to Future Print they are designed to fit the needs of a printer in a constantly shifting landscape.

Future Print has organised presenter Tess Julian, principal of the Catalyst Exchange and facilitator of previous webinar Business Tools for Success to host the series.

“There is no bad time to assess your business performance and implement change, but certainly the end of financial year is a logical time to pause, evaluate and recalibrate,” says Julian.

“In these webinars, we’ll be looking at everything from strategic positioning and business operations, to your interface with customers, how to innovate and effect change and how to build and optimise your workforce.”

The webinars will run from the second half of July until the end of August, with the first webcast scheduled for July 20. All of the webinars are co-ordinated for 12:30pm on Wednesdays.
