Durst Oceania is inviting Australian customers to visit a new Vanguard showroom opened in Las Vegas.
The new 2300 square metre showroom and demonstration facility has been opened in conjunction with customer Chroma Imaging – a long time Vanguard supporter and user.
The demo centre features a VRK3200-HS roll-to-toll printer, a VKH900-HS hybrid printer and a VK300D-HS flatbed printer.
According to Durst Oceania sales manager – Vanguard Digital Print Systems, John Bryson, the new showroom will provide easier access for Australian customers attending trade fairs such as ISA and Printing United.
“Australians now don’t have to travel across to the other Vanguard showroom on the other side of the country. If you already in Vegas for another trade show, this is a great opportunity to get in front of the machines and talk to a customer and see the products perform in a real-time production environment,” Bryson said.
The CEO of Chroma Imaging, Felix Wijaya, said there is a strong relationship between his business and the Vanguard brand.
“We have quite a few clients in Las Vegas and a lot of potential clients that have asked us to cover more of the West Coast area. Las Vegas is the best place for trade show graphics, which is our primary business, so expansion made sense,” he said.
Vanguard COO and founding partner, Jim Peterson, was also excited about the partnership and the opportunities this brings for American and international customers.
“Chroma and Vanguard have a long and rich partnership. In eight years, they have invested in Vanguard multiple times for their two east coast facilities. When Felix was looking too open a full production shop in Las Vegas and add more Vanguard printers to his arsenal, a partnership to have a western region demo centre came up. We quickly moved on this opportunity and are both thrilled to represent Vanguard in their Las Vegas Production Shop.”
