Finsbury Green acquires BPA

The acquisition of Business Print Australia by Finsbury Green will give the company access to new markets, campaign distribution services and an operation warehouse in NSW, CEO says.

Finsbury is increasing its print management business to create a ‘compelling extension of new and existing services’, and a more comprehensive and efficient supply chain, say reports quoting Peter Orel, chief executive officer of Finsbury. “Customers of both businesses will benefit from a broadening of our services and an enhancement of our value proposition, having access to a much broader range of print, mail and digital services with excellent levels of service and quality,” he says. The buyout will also see all 28 of BPA’s employees retain their jobs, and Finsbury’s seven NSW staff move into the BPA facility in Botany. Finsbury now has more than 150 staff nationally. Orel says the client lists of the two companies are complementary and BPA’s service-oriented culture and strong reputation are good fits. “This is another important step in our progress in the Australian market on the back of our mailhouse acquisition last year,” he says. BPA services set to boost Finsbury include warehousing solutions for marketing collateral and not-for-resale products, and inventory and campaign management services including kitting and distribution.
