Fuji Xerox launches complete print management system for Australia

The vendor calls the offering Enterprise Print Services (EPS) – “an end-to-end enterprise document management outsourcing service”.

EPS customers hand their entire print requirements to Fuji Xerox. As well as operating in-plant print rooms and outsourcing work that can’t be produced in-house, the service also covers mailroom and graphic design management.

Fuji Xerox said EPS has been available in Asia Pacific since 1 July, adding that major overseas clients had already been able to cut substantial costs using the service.

Anthony Cogswell (pictured), executive general manager for global services, told ProPrint that the new service builds on the strengths of Fuji Xerox’s Managed Print Services arm.

“EPS completely manages a company’s print requirements,” he said.

“If the work can’t be produced in-house, we will broker it. We show businesses how best to produce means of communication, we also offer in-house document creation services.”

Fuji Xerox has been managing print services in Australia for 12 years.

US corporates Procter & Gamble and The Dow Chemical Company are already using ERP “to realise cost savings in the office and maximise the return on investment in their global print infrastructure”, it said.
