On show will be its extensive range of UV curing lamps for label, screen, offset and digital printers, including special doped lamps where the spectral output is altered for specific applications. Heraeus are exhibiting Amba UV lamps alongside its range of Infra-Red heating elements and dryers. Heraeus manufactures the total range of heating elements for drying and heating processes from near infrared to long wave to the new Carbon IR emitters for low energy drying processes. Wavelengths are matched to the absorption characteristics of the inks or coatings, the power, heated length and shape are tailored to suit the application and the coating or substrate is heated where it is required, when it is required. Heraeus offers energy efficient solutions that will enable customers to speed up their processes and improve the quality of their product.
