To increase machine flexibility especially with the most commonly used paper size of 70 x 100 mm, Eurocutter will show a 1380 mm machine drupa. All in all, the company will now be able to offer 36 different types in 12 cutting-sizes, each equipped with 3 various controllers.
At Düsseldorf in May, the Eurocutter 1380 Monitor AD will be shown incorporated in a complete cutting-line and in production. A LAN-connected PC-workstation can store cutting-programs and send them directly to the high speed guillotine.
One of the highlights this year will be the Eurocutter 2600 Monitor AD, claimed to be one of the largest cutting machines in the world, with its frequency controlled main motor. By reducing the knife speed down to 10 U/min, it is even possible to cut plastic plates and other materials up to 3 mm in thickness as well as other equally difficult materials.
All Eurocutters from cutting size 1016 mm and above will be equipped with a double pull arm system. This means that the knife holder angle is much straighter, consequently extending the life of the knife, and the knife is able keep its position in the machine up to three times longer.
All Eurocutter machines, even the smallest, are equipped with an overhead backgauge drive and ball screw spindle. The cutting table is completely closed like a box-system which means no hole is necessary for the ball-screw spindle or shafts. There is no necessity for a brake and there is no wearing-out from the positioning of the backgauge. An extremely high backgauge speed of up to 320 mm/sec can thus be reached.
The standard chromium plated cutting table which is also completely enclosed from below as well as the high graded brass air-nozzles are the typical highlights of this Korean/German machine alliance machine. Power consumption is also drastically reduced because of the tightly closed air circulation .
Parent company, MZE is also offering other peripheral machines for print production, such as a new generation of pile-lifters which can be driven even fully-loaded. The SHH and SHH-TE are easy to transport and can be connected where needed.
MZE also offers a new generation of joggers such as the automatic BRPA which boasts an infinitely adjustable table tilt. Even during jogging operation, the table tilt angle is changeable.
Joggint-time is pre-adjustable and complete jogging-processes can be stored. By pressing a button, material is selected and table tilt as well as the jogging frequency, turning direction of the motor, clamping pressure speed and the duration of the jogging process are controlled by PLC computer. Use of all features is easy due to the large and clear display with logic symbols which also show failures in easy-to-read text.
